 V'Audio is basically me, Ian Vaudin, so you can be sure that you will be dealing with the expert and not some sales assistant. I work from home as both a Hi-Fi and Home Cinema Consultant, with the intension of assisting those people who find the average shop is not capable (or not interested) of solving the the real needs of the customer. I appreciate that they have to make a living to stay in business, but I can never understand why this means pushing certain brands which offer the largest profit. This may make sense in the short term, but customers are rightly going to go elsewhere in the long term.
